I listened the same concert in March 1983 in Budapest, Hungary, at the Budapest Sportcsarnok :-) It was great. At this time I was 17 years old! Greetings from HU, Z.
The tunes are: 1- Tritonis 2- Koto Song 3- Out Of The Way of the People 4- We Will All Remember Paul 5- Big Bad Basie 6- Take Five (Desmond) 7- Take the " A"Train (Strayhorn) DB (p), Bill Smith (cl), Chris Brubeck (b, btb), Randy Jones (d)
And I am watching this only now, in 2024, but was working at the hotel where they were staying at the time. Nice to hear the background. We barely noticed they were there and that seems to make sense now.
There is some fine, fine, fine playing here, including a new approach to Koto Song, but the sound is not well done. The bass is too loud and the piano too soft in the mix to my ears. I would prefer a bass violin to the electric bass but that's a matter of taste. All in all, still worth listening to.

My opinion…this is terrible and not worth to have Dave Brubeck being associated with !
What tracks here you consider weak?
