    Peak week is in the books! All of the hard work for 27 weeks of cutting definitely paid off! I did not deviate even once. I left no stones unturned. I am going to enjoy tonight with two 1lb steaks! Tomorrow, I am going to eat as much meat as I want. Monday, July 8th begins the reverse diet.
    📆 DATE: 7/6/24
    🔥 WEEKS IN: 27 (Peak Week)
    ⏳ WEEKS REMAINING: 0 (Reverse diet begins next week)
    ⚖️MACROS: 190g Fat | 155g Protein | 18g Total Carbs | 2492 calories
    💪🏻 BODY FAT PERCENTAGE: 7.9% via Feelfit Scale
    🔥 WEIGHT: 140lbs
    🏋️ STRENGTH MARKERS: My strength felt much better this week with the increase in calories!
    💦 CARDIO: 7 days at lv. 20: Mon. 20 min. Tues. 18 min. Wed. 16 min. Thurs. 14 min. Fri. 12 min. Sat. 10 min. Sun. 8 min. on the stair master.
    🧂 ELECTROLYTES: 11,000mg sodium/5,500mg potassium.
    🩸 KETONES: ~0.1 ACEs via Biosense
    🍽️ THIS WEEK’S STAPLE FOODS: Pre-workout drink, 1/2 Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Ketobrick, 1 3/4 Tbsp butter, 5 whole eggs, 3/4 egg white, 1lb ground lamb, 1 7/8 Tbsp of ghee, coffee and green tea.
    🍕 KETOGENIC RE-FEED: Each week I will be incorporating one day where I have a ketogenic re-feed meal. This week I did a 1,661 calories 130g Fat/95g Protein/22g Carbs meal which consisted of fathead pizza dough (homemade), 1 can of sardines, 1 1/3 oz. Parmesan cheese, 2 1/8 Tbsp ghee. 2000mg sodium/1000mg potassium.
    🧠 MINDSET TOWARDS IT ALL: Now that this prep is officially over I need to find the mindset and the discipline to do the reverse diet. By slowly adding back in calories (115 calories per week via 10 grams of fat and 5 grams of protein), I will slowly put on weight. This allows me to gain more muscle tissue. If I just went back to around 3200 calories I would put on a bunch of fat tissue. The reverse diet is so important to bring back up your metabolism and hormones.
    📖 OTHER THOUGHTS: it’s going to be hard to not give in in the first few weeks of the reverse diet and eat way too much food. I may add one meal a week where I incorporate a huge steak!
