I have to agree Release 82 was the pinnacle of Body Pump for me. There have been a lot of good individual routines in subsequent releases, but as a whole 82 stands as the best.
Just looking at rhe lunge track i would fail him if im the assessor. Timing and squats and lunges not too deep. I cant tell which ones are the bottom half pulses from the full range lunges. Maybe hes tired. Filming is tough

one of the best releases ever. and you taught the class so well. please do more especially older releases - the music is so much better

Yes a light bar or body weight best in lunges so good technique is priority
Bar too heavy in lunges leads to poor form
