At the Meat department at Dorothy Lane Market, we ultimately want to provide the absolute best eating experience you can get anywhere using the highest quality meats with service that is unmatched. Long before it was trendy, we made a commitment to source meats that are lifetime antibiotic free and contain no added hormones, fed a 100% vegetarian diet that never contains animal by-products, and are humanely raised by responsible farmers. We also practice the art of butchery, which means we will custom cut any piece of meat that you would like any way that you would like.
