I love my avalir 2.u will definitely feel the difference in cleaning vs any other vacuum you’ve ever used…and note,u can’t used this on just any area rug either because this thing will swallow it up.if you’re gonna use this as a daily vacuum,just know it’s not a pick up and go when you wanna use the hose and stuff…so,make sure to keep a spare vacuum just in case if u don’t wanna put the hose on at times.this is my daily vacuum.when you get one,keep spare vacuum belts,do not use carpet freshener or nothing like that with this vacuum,it can ruin the belt.if you use carpet freshener,pour it in the bag itself.
i have a kirby sentria. i've had it over 20 years and i've had zero problems. I've only had to change the belt one time as it got stretched out too much. i'm still on setting 1 on the roller. the only complaint is it's hard to turn in tight spaces but it is possible. it's a tank but it's durable, tough, and long lasting.
I have a question can you just buy the upright by itself I don't want the attachments I don't need the attachments I don't need the shampooer I just want the upright can that be purchased by itself
if u can afford a kirby u can afford fire detector batteries

You could try to buy a used one like that from someone but if you purchase a brand new one, it comes with the shampooer as a package.
