Best accessory is our Sena Helmets! We also like our riding glasses that change with the brightness outside, they especially lighten up when riding through shaded paths.

@@marcusrawls2125 thanks so much for watching. We do love our sena helmets. Photo gray glasses, never thought about that as I wear prescription glasses. But it is definitely a great suggestion.

Gday mate, you seem to be pretty experienced with e-bikes so let me ask a quick question. I am dying to finally mount my bafang 500w on my cruiser.. but then I saw i.. there on the website, the information that a coaster brake won't work with the bbs02.
Does that mean the brakes don't work or the motor won't work. Would really appreciate it, if you could help me with an answer.
I got disk brakes on the front so it won't be the end of the world if my coaster won't function.
Also sry for the grammar, english isn't my 1st language 😅

@@Inquisitor_Hackedicht thanks for watching mate. Certainly don’t worry about the grammar. I’m just an old cowboy so mine‘s not all that good either.
This is actually a very good question. I do not believe coaster brakes would work with a BBSO2. If I am not mistaking, most rim, brakes are actually operating from the rear hub, and so there is a possibility that this would work because you do use the same hub with the midriff kit. If it did not work, You could opt for rim brakes that could be added pretty easily.
I would also ask if this is a single speed bike as well though. If it is a single speed, you may be better off with a rear hub motor. The major advantage to a midriff motor is that you are using the gears to increase your torque and or speed. Of course, with a single speed that would not be the case. The other issue would be the weight that gets added. If it is very important to keep the weight centralized, then you would have to go with a mid drive. The downside of the mid drive is it does require more maintenance.
I will take a look tomorrow and see if I can backpedal on the BBS O2, and what happens with the front chain ring as I am doing this. If it locks and turns backward and the coaster brake works the way, I believe they do, it may actually still work.
So there you go I think it won’t work, but I’ll check and maybe it will. In other words, I don’t know. We’ll take a look tomorrow and get back with you with a more educated. Guess as to whether or not it will. Thank you much for making my old brain engage. That keeps me younger. Lol enjoy your day.

@@Inquisitor_Hackedicht I checked today and it does not appear that you would be able to backpedal with the gearing in the motor.
