    I've seen other versions of ayamase jollof, but for some reason this one appeals to me most. Sunday dinner loading. Well done and TFS. More grace to you.

    I'm inspired to cook more just by going through your Instagram and TH-cam page. Your recipes are not overwhelming, they're easy to get and comprehend compared to what I've seen out there. Thank you for sharing. Question please; do you cook the rice in high or medium heat?

    Great recipe, would love to try it. I'm not so great at eyeballing measurements, though, would you mind please giving rough estimates so some of us measurement-challenged folk can avoid disaster 😂?

    When i cook mine i fry ALL the meats and include eja sawa. Otherwise i adopt this same method and it turns out so yummy.

    About not parboiling your rice, can you do it for all types of rice?

    • @thekitchenmuse
      @thekitchenmuse  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Different Rice grains cook differently, you can certainly do the hot water bit but still cook the rice until done

    I don't understand what food you are adding after the rice. Can you please write it down?
    Thanks

      That was Tripe and Cow Skin and then the rest of the fried meats (Chicken Gizzards and Mutton)
