Zsev is a better product , xuv 400 has the most boring steering , my tata tiago ev handels better than xuv 400 , suspension is good and fit n finish is also good in xuv 400 . ZSEV executive at 19.50 lakh on road interiors , fit and finish are premium , the range is 50km more and driving experience with those good responding steering is better thn xuv 400 . Mahindra xuv 400 is a retrofitted product , whereas zsev is a pure 2nd gen ev car , and price difference is only 3 lakhs .
Recently i test ride MG ZS EV for 3 days all thanks to MG Pune . I am well built with 6 feet height and i was not at all comfortable. The driver space is very cramped and my thighs were touching each other. I realize this issue while doing long drive on mumbai pune expressway. Seat gets too hot and ur legs cannot breathe. This was the only reason for cancelling my booking. Otherwise the car is top notch in terms of build quality & comfort. Its strange i havent seen any comments on discomfort in MG ZS EV. On the other hand XUV400 is spacious and i felt really really comfortable while driving it. Hence booked it instantly.
MG ZS EV should provide ventilated seats in its all model keeping in view extreme conditions in order to boost its sale. Fog lamps should also be provided as a basic need in mgzs
The battery warranty is however the same. Not a big short fall. The new XUV definitely covers up with the lower price as compared to ZS EV or even Nexon EV
Correct! Mahindra's is NMC while the other one is Li-ion. With so well informed Indians like these, there is no wonder the Chinese and the Americans make a killing here

ZS grill is so weird and off putting. They should've just copied the MG Aster grill it's beautiful.
