    In a hot, humid climate always put a non-permeable layer on the interior of the wall. This will allow water vapor to collect on the inside of the wall assembly and prevent drying to the conditioned side of the structure. This is one of the fastest ways to mold and rot out a wall second only to allowing direct intrusion of water into the wall.

      What is the fire rating vs drywall?

      @@MWDAdventures never thought of it and not worried about it. If fire gets to ceiling is too late.

      @@donandwendylaprise8267 drywall is designed to hold in a fire for a certain amount time just curious if like most things it burns up quicker and is more toxic to people trying to get out. As it is most modern homes give you 3 mins to get out. I am a fire inspector by trade.

    If you hang a picture frame and then you want to take it down later on, how would you patch the screw hole? Or would you need to replace the entire panel?

      You know there are tape type hangers from 3m that don't put a hole in it

      There's a few options here if you're looking to hang decor from Trusscore.
      Idea 1: Utilize Trusscore SlatWall and the SlatWall Accessories to hang your decor
      Idea 2: Use 3M Command Hooks to hang your items
      Idea 3: Nail through the Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard panel. You can fill the hole using a neutral cure silicone sealant, or replace the individual panel.

      Yes! If you're looking for a color other than white or gray, Trusscore panels are paintable. Before picking up the paintbrush, please review our painting guidelines: trusscore.com/products/wall-and-ceilingboard/painting-guidelines.html

    This is just vinyl siding on the inside.

    • @trusscore
      @trusscore  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Brian, Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard installs very similar to vinyl siding: tongue and groove, hidden fastening system, pre-punched nailing flange. But similar to drywall, we would used as an interior wall and ceiling cladding.
