I am working on starting mines as I comment and I am currently my only employee which is alright with me for now. I want to just do residential work for the starting process. How do I go about getting everything up and running. Hope this ain't a dumb question but it's definitely my 1st time starting something like this on this magnitude
Start by making sure your online presence is appealing and active. Decide how your going to sell and get clients then dont stop getting clients ever. Hire as you get too busy to enjoy life. When do you give your client your price for the job? Is it at the end of the walk through or when you go home and punch the numbers in?
Depends on how easy it is to quote. If its easy enough to do on the spot i would. But usually it takes a bit.

Its the same for everyone. its just a form we input the details for each new client.
Should I make people sign a liability waiver ? Every time I clean ?
