I microdose to keep the daily effect as high as possible with less needed on a weekly basis. But of course you need to keep your protein in check and strength training, also SLU-PP-332 helps to keep your endurance with reps up. Also use BPC-157/TB-500 micro for recovery they work incredible, and lastly because BPC up regulates GH receptors I take Ipamorelin at night...feel like a different human.
I’ve been wanting to try Retatrutide. I guess it’s the best one out of the GLP1 Antagonists. I struggle with losing weight even though I fast and weight lift and eat in a calorie deficit most days.
