Looks good. I'm sure you already know, but you should keep the tip you cut off. Reverse it and use it to cap the unused caulk.

Great tips! This is exactly how I do it. I've never used soapy water though, I just keep switching fingers till I run out. 😂 definitely will use soapy water next time!

Hahahaha! I don't have the same control over some of my fingers as others. I would be able to tell which was my right pointer and what was my left pinky :)

Great video yet again. Was working on getting our spare bathroom tiled with stone mosaic tiles all weekend. I am worn out.
Do you do consulting? We have a weird little part of this bathroom that I can’t figure out what to do with the tile on.

That's the 'frog tape' correct? As I understand it that tape, when burnished well will hold out moisture that other masking tape will let through. In the olden days with regular masking tape, when spraying or brushing against masking tape we used to brush or spray a clear finish to seal the edge from bleed. Latex, oil or laquer clear, whichever was suitable. A little history for ye 🙂.

I do find I prefer this tape- it is frog tape, I have used the cheaper blue stuff, but I find I have a bit of easier time using this. It seems a bit thicker.

Soapy water and glass cleaner are so pervasive as advice so I don’t blame you, but spraying the silicone can prevent it from sticking to the tile if there are gaps between it and the tile

My husband was listening to me edit this and said it sounded really dirty without seeing what was going on 😂
