    Instructions:
    Preparing the dough:
    In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt and sugar.
    In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5-10 minutes to activate.
    Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour and mix well.
    Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
    Form the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours to allow the dough to rise and double in volume.
    Shaping the tortillas:
    Once the dough has risen, divide it into 6-8 equal pieces.
    Form each piece of dough into a ball and roll out into a circle about 5mm thick, making the edges slightly thinner than the center.
    Cooking in a frying pan:
    Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Do not add any oil.
    Place one tortilla on the heated frying pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side, until bubbles start to appear.
    Gently press down on the edges of the tortilla, using a spatula or clean kitchen towel to help the tortilla puff up.
    Flip the tortilla over and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes on the other side. Press the edges again, if necessary, to help the tortilla puff up completely.
    Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
    Tips:
    Temperature: Make sure the skillet is well heated before you start cooking. If the skillet is not hot enough, the tortillas may not puff up.
    Dough: The dough should be soft and elastic enough. If it is too stiff, the tortillas may not puff up.
    Resting time: Allow the dough to rest and rise well, this helps the tortillas to rise better when cooked.
    Rolling Thinness: Roll out the tortillas evenly, not too thin but not too thick either.
    Using a lid: Sometimes it helps to cover the pan with a lid for a few seconds after flipping the tortillas. This will create steam, which will help the tortillas puff up.
