Nice Rob, I have the 'other' shops Vape ignition on my RB20 Series 2 and couldn't be happier. I went for the variable Sport version, fixed a bit of a flat spot that I had too lol. Lights are much better too as you mentioned :D
Glad the instructions have been sorted. The original ones made a simple job seem difficult. My Vape Sport has been on for three years mated to a Casa Cooler and I’ve had no issues .
Great vid Rob, nice new shiney parts & look good mate, looking forward to the next part. I was waiting for that trophy of yours on the top of your work cabinet to suddenly topple, looks a bit over the edge😂😂👍👍
The scooter community was very sceptical when vape first came out. Most dealers recommend them now because they have proofed themselves as a very reliable kit and the lights are great even if you run full ac without a battery 😎
see the design packaging that come with it really nice, then you see the quality of billet carving for flywheels you know that this flywheel quality really good and not easy to break like flywheel that you can in vespa... it's not a stupid sand cast build in quality.
Hi Rob I’ve just been watching you fitting mb progressive springs in the forks of the tv175 build you did a couple of years back, I’ve read mixed reviews, I was thinking of fitting dampers to my s3 li150 to help with handling but wondering these springs might be a better option what fo you think after using them yourself thanks George
Hi Rob could you spare a few minutes to answer a question on the mixture screw on Dellorto carbs what is the right way to set them up lean or richer, some say leaner to get that sweet spot at the throttle others richer I’ve tried both ways leaner sounds better but is it safe, richer moor lumpy and safer ,so what’s your advice and keep the vids going great viewing 👍👍
I just don´t the get the thing of SC and SIP selling the same product. I´m not talking just about the ignition. Better develop different things and ideas.
Vape is the best ignition on the marked so why change a winning team? Sip has blatenly remade (ripped off) the bgm clubman exhaust and other parts. So the fact that sc has buys vape directly from vape with a custom configuration isn't a bad move.

Best on the market for reliability no matter which shop you buy it from. Instructions and wire colours are easier to follow on this one.
@@kickbackgarage yes they are a bit cryptic on the other one lol. Overall happy with it though (now it’s fitted) 👊🏼😎
Another great video. Thanks Rob.
WELL DONE ROB, VERY GOOD TOP TIPS, CHEERS PAL 👍🏻😎

I’m pretty pleased with the vape ignition and charging on my ‘56 bb33.

I put an led in the ‘56 for early morning pre-dawn rides to the beach. It’s like Darth Vader’s sword!
Well done Rob.
Nice one!
Rob you should produce the vape earthing loom for sale.. I'd buy one from you!
Great video. Thank you!
If I want to convert to DC, can I use any AC-DC regulator or must I only use a Vape regulator?
Only vape dc will work
So the AC+DC Vape regulator won’t work?

Nice video Rob, always enjoyable, keep up the good work.Any feedback on the Casa close ratio gearbox yet mate - tempted to put one in my TS1
It's coming! My pc died so I can't edit that video yet. 😳

Scootopia, or better stil BGM 10% stiffer springs are better than the mb ones. The last mb springs I had in my hands were actually too short.
@@kickbackgarage cheers Rob I’ll take a look and try springs first then fit shocks later if necessary 👍
Nice one Rob - can this be fitted to a standard loom?
Yes mate.

You set up the mixture screw so that when you rev the scoot on the stand, the revs go down to tickover ASAP.
Are BGM going to do the Sport version ?
I have no Idea but if your exhaust doesn't rev up to 9500rpm , you won't need it.

I do really enjoy your videos and your descriptions are very easy to follow. Keep it up Rob I may get around to doing some work one day 🫣
Thanks for the feedback!
