Fiat 500 Diesel Non Runner Pt2 - Some Investigation and then......Not Good

Hi Guys, second video on the Fiat 500 Diesel non runner.....
In this video we try and investigate the reason for this not running, we first start with the battery and find its not holding charge so thats one thing, we also drained the oil and found it had been way over filled, by over 5 ltrs, we then decided to remove the Glow Plugs, knowing how difficult these can be we took our time....
Even though we were careful disaster struck one of the Glow Plugs snapped meaning that the head will now have to come off...
More videos to come on this as if the Glow Plugs were hard enough to get out to take the injectors will need to come out in order to remove the head, and these will be just as difficult.

diesel over run the injectiors will be shot to like the glow plugs had the same on one i had big end was done too take the front end off for more room and to get broken glow plug out

Must be bad injectors causing fuel dilution into the oil. Surprising that it didn't burn a hole in one of the pistons.

Glow plug extraction kit available.involves drilling etc.

That's wat we will be doing when the head is off to avoid anything being sent into the engine..👍

I wonder if you have a leaky injector, leaking when the car is switched off, hence all the excess in the sump?

Most likely, just be the difficult job of removing them🤣🤬
