Hi Techzone, how did you setup the ambient lighting for the tv? I remember philips had something similar going on with its ambilight tvs but in that the ambient light color would match the movie

Hi, currently I am using Sony BDV-N990W home theather. It's very nice condition and produce huge sound. I almost decided to for ST300, Module and Rear Cubes but little bit afraid. Will it produce 1000W RMS as my current one? Can anybody help as price is USD 1,700...TIA

Can I sync S5 & Bose 251 with a sound touch 300 system and control everything from the app?
Juan great question. Unfortunately this setup would not work. Currently the Soundtouch 300 can connect to Acoustimass 300, VIS 300 AND Lifestyle 600/650 but not to the SA-5.
Hi, I'm reading the bose website and found that the BOSE 251 and FREE SPACE 51 outdoor speakers can be connected to the soundtouch system using the BOSE S5 amplifier and can control everything from the app with other productos soundtouch like de soundbar300 or the acustimass 300.

You can't control the volume for the 2 surround sound speaker's

only thing i hate about my older bose is the wires and that you need to use there shitty sub well unless i cut off the ends and spliced it to my reciever ha. but buddy told me it wouldnt sound the same without the acoustimass.
Do y'all get paid by Bose to demo these? Do they give you guidance and what movie to use to demo their products?
Reason I ask is that another Bose reviewer (german) did the EXACT SAME VIDEO on his and he set it up similarly to what you have.
I had to double check that I wasn't watching the same review from the other guy.
one bms 12 s330 woofer driver weigth is 24 pounds without cabinet.in cabinet one bass with cabinet is around 143 pounds.the weigth off woofer indicate it have a big el magnetic motor.the mids and high are in a 3 inch deep cabinet 10 inc wide and 35inch high.my head phones or head speaker as stax call it, are stax lambda 502 or 507 signature with stax earspeaker amp.
i know there are many hwo have bougth in to the soundbar thing.they cant mach a dedicated system.they that say it is have not heard a good system yet.
it is good that you are satisfied with your bose.avoid listening to a dedicated stereo/sur system then you will bee disapointed.
lg have soundbars that are cheaper than bose lg sj9 or cheaper lg sj3.they have higher build quality and higher quality on drivers and elektronics in it.
i have a system much better than all the bose you can come up with.one of my 12 inch bms s330 cost around 335 dollar.I use 2.but i have 4 for later use in a new sound project..i use 2 bohlender grabener neo 10 for each side and dayton amt 1-4 tweeter for each side.benchmark dac2 usb .use 2 dsp controled active crossover ground sound dnc24rpc .they control 3 stereo power amps-one for bass one for mids and one just for the tweeters.this is just the stereo sektion of my system.i build amplifiers before you quit using diapers.the reson that i dont like bose is that i have done repair of them among other.so i know what they are made off and i have over 30years experiense with good and bad stuff.so i know whats quality when i see and hear it.i you want to pay much for little instead of edjucate your self about sound equipment it is up to you.or if you are paid by bose to do comersial for them just say so.have a good one.sorry for my bad english writing
i am suprised over the price people are paying for somthing that is not god at all.have done audio for 30 years+ and know that for the price payd for Bose you can get many times better sound system that playes music and film sound much better with much higher realism and bass.a sound bar have to use dsp tirx and reflected sound to get suround and a stereo image.dsp i ok to eq sound.But i want my left and rigth speaker 2 have 2-2.5 meters between them and turned sligthly against the listening position.A senter speaker with a effectiv diagram area bigger than all the drivers in a bose sound bar system with the suround sattelites

the most comon critic of bose is they are overprized.and they use a lot of fanzy foolery words about their systems

700dollar for the crap little woofer inside the sub you talk about is even if it has a litle chip amp inside it its a joke!stop fooling other to waste their money.
