You used to advocate buy and hold but now you are saying buying and holding may not pay as market convictions are changing rapidly due to dynamic market conditions. But markets have always been dynamic. We haven't yet broken the 200 day MA on the monthly chart on nifty. Are you implying we should brace for a fall and prolonged sideways market with a negative bias. Kindly explain.
Nobody can accurately predict but the trick lies in being an optimist if you are a long term investor who focus on strong fundamentals. If that is your case, my suggestion is to don’t care much about daily fluctuations. India has a lot potential still.

How is growth high. On macro level growth rates don't matter but per capita income matters. Otherwise you can keep funding Adani, and handover entire country to a few corporates and rest of the country remains poor it will not help India's cause. Per capita income of an Indian is ₹238 per day which is VERY LESS. PEOPLE ARE BELOW POVERTY LINE IN INDIA AND MORE HAVE SUCCUMBED TO POVERTY SINCE 2014. JAGO ANDHBHAKT NHI TOH DESH NHI BACHEGA.

Sir - regarding gdp growth vs listed co growth ; can one reason be the formalization of economy?
Tax collection is growing so it’s possible that the companies which were transacting in cash earlier are now doing formal transaction (due to upi adoption) leading to growth in the small informal to formal conversion. Listed cos were already transacting formally so there is muted growth.
I think that for next few years, due to informal to formal conversion we could see an additional 2-3% gdp growth

Sir as you have discussed in your earlier videos, GDP = C + I + G + (X - M). In this equation C i.e. consumption is not growing as per you. But I = Investment is going up due to Govt programs providing subsidies on fresh Invesrments by private sector companies, G = Govt expenditure is substantially up due to Rail, Road, Infra, Defence ++++ and (X-M) I.e. exports - imports is also improving. So is it not possible that our GDP growth is up by 8.40%?
Or is my analysis without Numbers in each category of the GDP equation incomplete? Please take my question. Have asked different questions many times. But you have never picked up my questions ever.
Government spent a lot of money after getting Mr Raghuram Rajan top-quality IIT engineering education. Rajan was expected to further research /engineering for benefit of India. He pursued money, rather than knowledge. Now, he doesn't want govt to further advanced research in Semiconductor etc.

Rajan period saw 5-6% inflation but repo rate was 7-8%. After his tenure inflation was 3-4% and repo rate 5-6%. Even in global high inflation situation inflation and repo rate is lower than Rajan's tenure. Even with lower repo rate our foreign exchange reserves are all time high.
