Reactive power is nothing but the power oscillations in the circuit due to inductors and capacitors present. It is really confusing when we are studying reactive power only with the phasor diagram, here I have explained the concept with the help of fundamental waveforms. Also explained why reactive power compensation is necessary, how we can compensate. Must watch please.
