- So then, have always had this idea of trying to make themed layouts based off other media, and being quite a fan of the Legend of Zelda series, there was always one game which stood out to me as a potential layout.
Yes that one being Spirit Tracks, in a series of Action Adventure games it also featured trains, so wanted to have a go making a themed layout of it!
So here's the plan of action, here's me gluing bits to a bit of wood and start things rolling, will still be making some more serious layouts, but just wanted to try something fun!
Legend of Zelda is copyright and owned by Nintendo, only the layout is mine!

I've never seen a container of glue that big before! Looking forward to these future video's. Hope Kato track works out ok. It's so east to use.
Heh I tend to always buy my PVA glue in 5lt bottles since I use so much of it for pretty much everything! And have used Kato track before (for a smaller layout), it's just the double return loops I need to work out!
Hope you enjoy the build as it continues!
Well I nothing about the subject James, but my daughter's love the concept, so looking forward to seeing where you go with this one 👍
That's alright, either way do hope you enjoy the build!
And quite glad that they enjoy the concept, main reason I'm going for layouts based off games is to bring something more familiar to younger audiences while showing them the fun of modelling!
@@GosportRailworks I always enjoy your builds James and I think the thought behind it is a great idea for the hobby. Looking forward to seeing it progress 👍
Ta very much, do already have a list of other things with trains in to try out in the future, but seeing how this one turns out first before getting too carried away with the ideas!
Hi James. Not really my thing , but some interesting techniques. I look forward to future episodes. Pete.
That's all fine Pete, figured to have a go at trying something different heh, but do hope you enjoy the build as it progresses!
This sounds great James i probably missed it but what gauge and whats the track your using please
Glad you like it Terry, and it's the usual Kato N Gauge unitrack!
