I was interviewed by an agency last October 2022, and had an interview with the tech manager. I received no feedback until last week (mid January) and said I was no longer interested in the company. HR consultants think that we, the candidates, will be available whenever they need, like goods in a shelf.
Sheesh i dont know... going to 4 interviews and a psych test to not get hired. Ugh. I also hate when recruiters try to shame using well you do not know what could happen or a variation of it.
What is the most frustrating objections you get from candidates ?
mostly from web3 candidates :( really hard to get them to consider the roll
Step 1 to cold calling.... dont. Step 2 if you are a waste of life.... learn to speak english at least.
Most of mine are leaving the industry (childcare educators) 😢
I will have my mock call tomorrow for a not-a-fit candidate and this is very helpful.

Psych test are useless and a recruitment process should be in 3 steps at the maximum imo, 2 ideally
