Man when i first played this game i bought the "amk civilian" as soon as i could and it made all the difference, that truck is thirsty and limited with addons, but its a beast in my opinion, oh and i just found your channel and this is the only video i watched so far, love it!

If you want more controlability and not take damage from road debris, try driving a maximum of the time with the gearbox in "H". When the terrain becomes rough or muddy, get into "low +". In theory, it's a slow paced game. I get my fun in taking the leat damage possible, like sometimes zero damage in 2 hours gameplay. Remember that in deep mud, you can force your way through...but all you end up doing is degrading the terrain making it harder to pass next time!
That is a very good tip! Also, I know it is supposed to be a slow paced game, I just tend to get impatient and in a hurry sometimes haha. And as far as taking damage, I think its kind of funny to see how the game reacts to you driving "too fast", However, Most of my trucks at this time, only have the base Transmission that doesn't allow the lower ranges, but i will be upgrading them soon!
@@PrimitiveGamingTV I have over 2500 hours in the game. Half of it is creating trucks to my liking (editing existing mods or creating mods using game ressources). I like taking trucks where they are not supposed to go. My scout is always a 6x6 truck. I prefer the way they feel and they will go almost everywhere. Don't bother with the radar trailer, there are radar mods that replace the boblehead on the dashboard.
@@zepedrofd I can imagine that the other maps are gonna be extremely challenging, and i am going to push the trucks in interesting places, but some places it just seems impossible. Especially when making content I do not want to just get stuck in a ridiculous position to have to get out of haha. But i will look into the radar mods, but i have been trying to stick relatively close to base game
Is that a mod? I don't remember that in the game. That's why I can't stand these videos. I can't tell what's real and what's not. This is pretty much cheating.
@@WilliamEllison I assume you are referring to the Jeep? If so, yes it is a mod. As far as cheating is concerned, earlier in this series, I have spoken quite a few times on the subject of whether having this vehicle should be considered cheating or not. Also, the video in which I purchased this vehicle, you can see that it has the “MOD” banner, signaling that it is indeed a mod. It’s not something that I have been trying to hide from viewers in any manner.
Its not cheating if the devs promote mods for the game, essentially its just making a difficult game a little less boring and tedious. I myself use a couple of modded scouts but stick to the OG trucks for everything else
@ thank you for that! I feel the exact same way. I mean I’ve seen people using absolutely OP trucks in the game and people just love it. And I’ve seen the exact opposite. I think it just boils down to personal preference and at the end of the day, it is what it is
