I followed this recipe last Sunday on my Classic to a T (including exact spices and Bourbon) and man it was so delicious. Heaven!! Love these recipes!! Thanks
Such a lush dish. Come to find out, the DoJoe is the perfect deck oven. Corn, sweet potato and tri tip all went in at the same time and come out at the same item. Couldn't be any easier. Love that even heat. Happy grilling team!
@@ManCaveMeals ya, wonder what that would do for the heat signature. I'm thinking more cast iron sizzle skillets as well. I love those things. All the best my fellow North Carolinian🤙🏽
G'day and greetings from Tasmania Australia that is a beautiful looking and tasting steak, I'm hoping that I could find the coffee booze down here, it's a recipe we will try out this summer thank you stay safe and well John
It's a great meal - but I don't see one thing requiring the DoJoe. And to stay safe, I'd rather lift the lid and handle those iron pans with Kevlar gloves than an aluminum peel. Awesome recipes though!
Chef Eric i love you my friend your work is inspiring keep up all this good work
You’re a legend bro. Your technique and enthusiasm is awesome. Thanks for the videos 🤙

What would ya give for an extra inch of vertical opening space on the front? :) Great cook!
Man Cave Meals haha just a touch more would be handy

Great video Chef! My stomach is growling while watching it. Lol
I can tell y'all had fun.
Hope the elbow gets better ;)
Next menu item on the Joe for sure. Any major adjustments with temp and time if not using the Do Joe?
Yea I don't see why you need the Doejoe anyway it looks amazing Eric
Looks tasty!
Looks brilliant.. but I don't get why you need dojoe couldn't you just save the £400 for this dish?
Remember that this is the Kamado Joe channel. They want you to buy, buy, buy…
what happened to John? Is he comming back?
Hope so! I relate a lot more to John than Eric for sure.
I like Jon but I really enjoy Eric’s recipes, I find the videos to be more professional and the recipes to be slightly fancier
@@ludovicgallant9760 i like eric too. I just want both. :-)
Chef Eric those look like BGE 🌽 holders LOL.....
Will the dojoe work on the Big Joe one?
Yes 🤙🏽

Can you use any type of bourbon?
