the german saying 'more is more' ??? Are you sure. I don't know that saying, the only saying in German I know about 'weniger ist mehr' or translated 'less is more' well, if you do the swimming bacon you can do 'mehr ist mehr' anyhow - looks delicious!

Kamado Joe warranty policy is abysmal. Customer service is even worse. Buyer beware.
