    This was another brilliant episode! Eric your mannerisms are infectious, so much so I’m gonna try this dish. Even though I don’t like pasta!! Keep up the good work. I’m binge watching each episode going back since your start. Learning heaps

    Amore for sure. Valentines Day using the real deal polish kielbasa imported from Shenandoah PA, asparagus, mushrooms, and snow peas tossed in at the very end. OMG. Thank you Chef.

    I made this last night.
    Screwed it up a little with missing a couple things and didn’t have enough sauce but it was still amazing.
    Had leftovers for lunch today and the Smokey flavour came right out.
    Done a few of chef Eric’s recipes and every single one has made my family and friends think I am way better at the bbq than I would take credit for.

    This looks great.
    Just came off a 72 fast and had the best ribeye tonight. The fettuccine will be the next meal I make on the Kamado.
    I can pretty much taste this through the video.

    Hi Chef! Love your videos, have learned a lot. Your Alfredo looks scrumptious. Do you think it would cook up as well in a paella pan?

      Yeo, just be ready to work fast or lower the temp a bit. Most paella Pans are thin

    When cooking with the dome open are you closing the bottom vent or just leaving it wherever it was to get the Kamado up to temp

    Love doing different proteins with fettuccine alfredo. I do some blackened tuna, steak, chicken, shrimp, scallops.......and now looks like I'll be trying sausage.......can't do $30 shipping on the monroe though. Lol I'll either use Conecuh Sausage or see if my Publix can order some Monroe.
    Looks great as usual Chef!

    Great, simple concept. BUT, pet peeve, I can't stand metal tongs scraping a metal pan - it's like fingernails on a chalkboard.

    Kamado Joe warranty policy is abysmal. Customer service is even worse. Buyer beware.
