Honestly, Green Goblin going into a tangent about missing his wife and hearing things Spider-Man didn't actually say feels like something that could happen given how mentally unstable Norman is.
There's something comical about a villain being so mentally unstable that he manages to somehow monologue tangent his way into becoming a better person

From what I've been reading... yes... Goblin is basically his own version of Reverse Flash. he just wants to troll the hero as much as possible and make life a living hell for him. heck, when someone stole the Spiderman identity, Goblin cancelled a well thought out plan because he found out it wasn't the real Spiderman, therefore, he wouldn't be making Peter suffer.
So, yes, Goblin is just Spiderman's own personal troll.

Oh god, I remember that. He had some weird camera that opened portals and that was how he got trapped outside of reality.
I was looking at the word "camera" for so long trying to figure out how to say it and kept thinking it was said like a weird version of chimera. I finally noticed it was just camera. I was thrown off by the fact you said dimension so I thought it'd be some fancy fictional word.
Not only was the mood change, hilarious but having Spiderman getting more flabbergasted and ticked off by it was great

The first part of the video fits Norman's character since the Clone Saga. He keeps creating insane schemes simply to fuck with Peter. One time, he gaslit the boy into believing he was part of the Osborn family and put him in a spare Green Goblin suit to make him believe he's a fellow criminal.

I think this is genuinely the best one this channel has ever put out (which is saying a lot, bc i love many, and i have gone back thru the channel to watch them All). Green Goblin screwing with Spider-man is GG subconsciously projecting his own self loathing on the closest person he had to a family member (his son been too distant) to unload his frustration on. Unfortunately GGs own denial of his own faults made it impossible for him to realize it and ended up becoming petty and antagonistic towards Peter because by projecting such feelings he in reality deflected the need to face his own inner demons, resorting to an aggressive relationship with the target of said projection.

This is one of my favourite videos. You tend to struggle with your endings but this was great; Green Goblin segueing into a heartfelt speech about family and responsibility and regret despite the fact it makes no sense makes for a marvelous joke. I am in awe of your comedic timing.
