Terima kasih Coach, saya akan berlatih selepas puasa nanti 😊
6:12 This last part where it became like a combo of front crawl and dolphin kicks was so cool..
Please say easy Technic i love this stroke dear Joe brother
Hey Joe, I watched the video you did with your wife few days ago but I love this one better, simply explained as usual, very calm and the demonstration along makes it perfect! Can’t wait to try the drills😅
By the way, we rather see you without the hat😅
Haha...thanks!
Hi Average Joe. Thank you for your videos. I watch them and they are helpful. My problem with butterfly is the timing. It's the undulating rhythm synchronising the dolphin kick and arm stroke. I can do them perfectly during separate drills. However when together, I either kick too early or my arms a tad slow. So my body is underwater when my arms about to do recovery. Butterfly is the last style that I have not mastered. This video is helpful but could you do one with more focus on the timing problem please 🙏 Thank you
Thx coach
Welcome
When you pull that time you r kicking .. can you pls guide me about kick and pull coordination in this
Kick once on your left foot as your right hand enters the water. Do the same for the opposite hand and foor
Hello, any tips on how to breath in and exhale better? Im usually out of breath after 25M.
Which stroke are you referring?
@Swimtopian Hi coach, when I take a breath during butterfly, I tend to swallow in water. I breathe every 2 strokes. Any drills to overcome this?
Try to do only dolphin kicks with fins. Put your arms on your side. Get comfortable in this position. If can then take off the fins and do the same drill
I get the rhythm and the kick, but my arms won’t come out of the water during the recovery😢 why do you think that is? I’m a very lean person with poor upper body strength and I can feel that my pull is weak😢 could that be the reason? Also do we make a deliberate effort to come out during the pull ? Or should the pull itself cause the coming out to breathe ? Only my head comes out during the pull ,shoulders stay inside water( have this same problem during breast stroke too ) , could that be why? Please help 😢
Trying practice with a pair of fins swimming butterfly. It is a stroke that requires lots of upper body strength and core strength. Land training for these 2 areas will help tremendously in the water
Hello, thank you very much for these videos. I showed them to a relative who is terrified of swimming and has been trying to learn. The tips for how not to panic and about what to bring to your first swim lesson were extremely helpful. I want to ask is your website and facebook myswimtopia still available? I for some reason cannot access it, and did not know how to contact you and was curious if there is more helpful information on your other platforms because the ones on youtube have been very helpful. Once again, thank you so very much for releasing these videos, they are very helpful and are changing lives all over the world. 🙏💙 🏊♂️ 🌊
Thanks for your kind words. We have a Facebook page
