Whenever I see such densely populated areas like this I often wonder how did they cope during covid. How does the government keep track of everyone? How do the locals not get lost in all those laneways. Its all so fascinating.
Did you see any eaterys for other cuisines?
Everyone seems so content and peaceful with what they have.
Ohh that 'river' is disgraceful. Authorities need to do better. People must get so sick from living near it.
What an insight into this land.
    Thank you for sharing.

Mumbai is indeed a massive city, and we only scratched the surface. We did not see Western-style restaurants but we did enjoyed coffees and croissants at a place that looked like Starbucks. As for getting sick, the locals probably do have some of the strongest immune systems in the world!

Thank you so much for watching and appreciating our videos! As for the taxi drivers, we usually find them outside the terminal,, we avoid the aggressive ones. In some ports we use Uber, Grab. Basically we try to find the best way to see as much as we can.

My husband and I are really enjoying your videos. We especially found the Sydney, Papeete, Moorea and Auckland ones quite informative and helpful since we will be doing the transpacific out of Sydney with Royal next April . I was wondering what type of video camera are you using to shoot your videos? I noticed that it looks like a handheld mini?

To answer your question, we use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for shooting our videos. It's a popular question we get often, so we plan to make a video about the camera and our video-making process. We hope to do this after our Cape Town stop when we have some sea days and the time to put it together. Thanks for watching, and have an amazing cruise!

Mumbai is different than most other ports. We stop at very nice coffee shop similar to Starbucks. The advantage of not being in a group of 50 we can stop in places like this, it is way easier to find nice clean toilet for just 2. No problem when you have the freedom to go anywhere you want, and no lines for the toilet.

Hey there! 👋🏻 Thanks for following us from day one and for all the love! 🥰 We're super glad you're enjoying our videos and finding them helpful.
To answer your big question about finding and booking private drivers, here's the scoop:
At the Ports: Most ports have people offering private tours and taxi services right outside the terminal. There are usually tourist information booths and tour operator booths too.
Research: We do a lot of prep work for each port. We use Google and TH-cam to find information on car and driver services. It’s all about doing your homework and planning ahead.
Booking: We usually search for local car services online. Apps like Viator or even local ride-sharing apps can be helpful, but we often go with what we find through research.
Cost: The price can vary a lot-from $30 to $300 total. Sometimes we share the cost with another couple, which makes it more affordable. On average, we spend around $70.
Cash and Safety: We usually bring around $100 in small bills and try to pay in USD or by credit card.
We’re thrilled you enjoy our videos so much! We’ll try to make them longer to keep the fun going. 😅 Thanks again for all your support. God bless and stay safe!

Question about Passport Stamps: Every country says to have "one blank page" for an Entry Stamp. I know on most cruises we usually don't get any stamps. How often do you actually get a stamp on the passport during this world cruise? Also, does the cruise ship keep your passports during the trip?

This video was the most challenging we've ever produced, with many more scenes and stories that we ultimately didn't include. The complexities behind every issue are far greater than they appear. For instance, we observed a 24-story building where the first five floors were just parking for a luxury car collection, housing a family of five above. In the Taj Mahal, I was shocked to see a well-dressed woman carelessly throw a bottle on the ground near a bin. In India, only the lowest caste is expected to pick up trash; others consider themselves too elevated for such tasks. My husband and I, having grown up extremely poor and having built a life that supported hundreds of employees, aren't ashamed of enjoying an expensive cruise. While everyone on this cruise is fortunate, the poverty in India isn't our fault. Change is up to India and its people, but thankfully, we're witnessing many positive shifts.
