This is one of the best Racetracks In North America just my opinion but INDYCAR needs to come back
Nascar has a lease on the track so they block indycar almost every time
The track was designed for f1 and not indycar, its literally almost impossible for them to make certain corners. It doesn't make sense for them to go to COTA

They should really go back to COTA, Richmond, and Milwaukee.
COTA - if we can skip on the drones buzzing non-stop about F1 being 7 seconds faster, okay.
Richmond - the most ridiculous Indycar race before this year's Nashville was run there (but without the good latter parts). But I would like to see the modern cars trying it again.
Milwaukee - a classic, fine, but the races there were so boring most of the time.
After watching petite lemans this weekend i wonder why indycar has never raced a Road Atlanta. Great track!
We got Milwaukee, we were supposed to get Richmond in 2020 but COVID happened , and COTA may never come back
Did nobody notice that the audio is fucked up? it sounds like they have the IMS Radio recording playing over the tv broadcast recording.

I was at this race. I had fun 3 days at the track. I had tickets for this race last year but covid ruined it. I miss being there.
So glad I got to be there for this one and only race at Austin.

I really hope in 2023 Indycar will be back at COTA
Me too and 2023 IndyCar will be back at COTA Richmond Saturday Night Homestead Saturday Night and become Championship Finale Milwaukee Mile Charlotte will run on the Roval Surfers Paradise Street Circuit at Australia and Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez at Mexico and run 22 Race for 2023 IndyCar.
With the way things are going between IndyCar and Texas Motor Speedway, the return to COTA is a possibility. As much as I'd hate them to leave TMS, it would probably be for the best thanks to the PJ1 among other things. I live just as far from Ft. Worth as I do from Austin, so I'd be happy to go to COTA, especially since it's a sweet track and I've ways wanted to go there... assuming tickets are affordable.🤣

That pit exit in St. Petersburg is completely nuts... some people almost got their front wing shaved off when they exited the pit.
It’s so sad that Circuit of The Americas is removed in the IndyCar Series, COTA was perfect for IndyCars why don’t they understand the true meanings of racing anymore

Less yellows equals more racing. They can always penalize for too much exceeding .

It's not fair to judge Indycar's first appearance at COTA. There were two Texas racetracks on the schedule, and they split the fans. They should return to COTA without TMS on the schedule and share the weekend with IMSA for insurance. Indycar should choose either the Independence Day weekend or the Labor Day weekend.

Gotta be early in the season, F1 goes latter in the year. You dont want race fatigue with fans and you want cooler Texas weather.
If this track is good enough for F1 it has to be great for Indy Cars! Plenty of room for aggressive racing.

What Townsend bell said about that safety worker using the Porta potty at the te of an on track incident right in front of the Porta potty and compared it to being just like a 15 year old getting ready for school. I thought that was funny because that was very true when I was 15.

The little bit with the driver's eating at the food trucks. I'm here from F1 and I can't see any F1 driver eating this stuff. Maintaining their weight within a few lbs seems to be of paramount importance. I don't know much about Indycar and I'm dipping a toe in. Do they weigh the drivers after the race like they do in F1? Where is a good place to go to learn about Indycar?

why were they allowed to constantly breach track limits? If you can't make the turn, drive slower. If there was gravel, they wouldn't be driving like that...i love indycar but seeing them drive here makes them look like a joke

F1 is having an exceptional year, but on average, Indy has produced much higher quality racing over the past decade or so.
There's nothing worse than a F1 only fan. Motorsports of all disciplines have different strengths and their varied skill-sets help me appreciate a broader motorsport world. I would be really sad if I only watched F1 and looked down on other motorsports series. What a weird boring elitist existence.
