We built a Wellington last year! Almost to our first year anniversary!!! Couldn't be happier with our beautiful home!!! I love that even though this is the same floor plan, my home is completely different. You guys really are custom builders on a budget. Thank you!!!!
It would be nice if home builders installed all electric outlets 42 inches from the floor. Elderly people suffer from side effects from medications 💊 therefore dizziness comes from fluctuations in blood pressure from bending over to plug in electric things.
Our homeowners get to do an electrical walk through with the electrician during construction. So they’re able to locate outlets, switches, etc (or even add more of those) where they’d prefer.
