Your guy’s builds are truly amazing. My family built the Alexandria and we have enjoyed it so much. Designing the house was truly very fun and I thought that it was gonna be boring but it was very enjoyable. They were also very flexible about when our dig was. We were thankfully able to have it pushed a couple of months so we didn’t have to move in the middle of the school year. We are very happy with our house and could not enjoy it more. Thank you guys so much for an amazing experience

Thank you to Wayne Homes for partnering with my family to design and build our dream home! It took years to come up with a perfect plan and find a lot of land that met our family's needs. We are not home experts at all, but Wayne Homes process guided us through decision making to come up with this amazing design and minimize the decision-making stresses. Special thanks to Matt, Tiffany, and Kyle-- you made the whole project memorable and enjoyable! They were all extremely responsive and full of ideas to make our home perfect. They consistently communicated status updates through the project, and we felt like we were in great hands the whole time. They all have a wealth of knowledge and expertise! Our favorite features are the owner suite shower, bidet toilet, outdoor living/deck, and fireplace! The range hood also works really well, and we love all the fans in all the rooms. The home is so comfortable! I would definitely recommend Wayne Homes if you're interested in building your own custom home! Thank you again!!

Adding the linen closet on the second floor was a smart move. The Charleston is a great and easily modified design. We love ours.

This is a nice house and I might build this house, but the camera is too fast and the cuts are too quick. Video seems rushed.

I wish it was a continuous walk through with commentary, like a relator. It is kind of hard to know what you're looking at and where you are in the home and get a feel for the flow of the home.

I like the old format better with the voiceover as it helps to understand the house more easily.

We built a Wellington last year! Almost to our first year anniversary!!! Couldn't be happier with our beautiful home!!! I love that even though this is the same floor plan, my home is completely different. You guys really are custom builders on a budget. Thank you!!!!

It would be nice if home builders installed all electric outlets 42 inches from the floor. Elderly people suffer from side effects from medications 💊 therefore dizziness comes from fluctuations in blood pressure from bending over to plug in electric things.

What is the ceiling height for the kitchen

I absolutely love the design of the Winchester II model but this Fairfax floor plan is my favorite!!!!
