Wellington Classic Ranch Open House

This week’s virtual #OpenHouse features a Wellington with Classic exterior. This ranch floorplan includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,279 square feet. The Wellington Classic featured in this video includes:
3-1/2" trim around the front windows and overhead garage door
vertical board and batten siding in the front gable
front porch with 8" porch posts
black exterior trim
Charter Oak premium siding in the color of Cast Iron
Contemporary style overhead garage door
front door and sidelites with added glass
sunroom added on the rear of the home behind the owner suite with additional windows and an added patio slider
Pella 250 series dual colored windows and patio sliders that are black on the exterior and white on the interior
skylights added in the owner bathroom, sunroom, and great room
a direct vent fireplace was added on the rear wall of the great room with a Battlefield mantel surround, as well as a Steel Gray granite face and flush hearth
6' tall windows in the sunroom and on the rear wall of the great room
poured foundation walls
9' ceilings on the main floor of the home
Craftsman III interior doors with Pismo square matte black door hardware
luxury vinyl flooring replacing the included carpet in the hallway and great room
owner's entry and laundry room relocated to the included half bathroom space
half bathroom changed to a full bathroom with a 36" shower now located where the original laundry room was with the swinging door into the bathroom replaced with a pocket door
pocket door added at the opening to the office nook
in the kitchen, the fridge space was shifted down, a cabinet was added above the fridge space, additional cabinets/countertops are now located in the original fridge space on the other side of the owner's entry hallway, and the cabinet above the range space was removed to create space for a range hood
the kitchen features Benton style cabinetry painted white at the perimeter and painted stone gray at the island, as well as granite countertops in the color steel gray and a white apron front farmhouse single bowl sink with a Stellen matte black faucet
in the owner suite, the (2) included windows were shifted to the side exterior wall and a set of 15-lite French doors were added on the shared wall to the sunroom
the luxury owner bathroom option replaces the included owner bath layout with an off center step garden tub and picture window above, as well as a separate shower
the owner bathroom is now approx 1' deeper (pushing into the owner bedroom space) to accommodate the larger 48" shower
the owner bathroom features a double vanity in included Sinclair style white painted cabinetry with Absolute Black granite countertops and white undermounted rectangular sinks
in the secondary bedrooms, the wall closets now feature bypass doors instead of bifold
a 3' x 5' window was added on the side wall of bed 2
the main bathroom features included Sinclair style cabinetry painted stone gray with an included cultured marble countertop (Solid White) and included standard oval integrated sink, as well as the included tub/shower surround
McAllen matte black plumbing fixtures, as well as Genta matte black bath accessories are featured in the bathrooms throughout the home
