Thank you for showing us Trieste. My Nonna past away 4 years ago and I miss her dearly. Her cooking was absolutely amazing, I wanted to show my kids where there great grandmother came from. One day we will travel there from Australia 😊

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!❤️❤️ You're absolutely right about that though. All this can feel VERY isolating, especially when you don't get to see friends/family very much. It really makes you appreciate the time with them even more. Thank you so much for being so supportive & kind to us. We can't wait to watch all your Romania vlogs & live vicariously through y'all. Thanks for showing us around Trieste! What an interesting and cool place. Trey was definitely having a moment with his gnocchi (understandably, the food at Trattoria Da Mara looked INCREDIBLE!) Hope Hannah had a wonderful birthday! ❤️

The food there was seriously OUTSTANDING!! Trieste found like a little hidden gem in Italy. Mostly because of its location I'm guessing, but there really weren't many tourists at all. Even the most central parts of the city were a lot more tame than we're used to. You guys would LOVE it!!!! Thank y'all so much for watching & hope you're having a great time at home!!!❤️

We had such an awesome time!!! And honestly, that's the BIGGEST thing that I've learned in Europe (with regard to hats). It's just not that big of an issue where we're from, & it's unfortunately not something I learned until after we'd started getting comments about it.
Our research & detail is one thing that we'll ALWAYS try to keep in our videos. In our opinion, it's those historical details that really make a city what it is & you can't fully appreciate a city's current state without understanding the steps it took to get there. I hope that makes sense!! Thank you so much again for your kind words & for taking the time to watch our videos. It really means the world to us!!

I have been wanting to go here on my last few trips to the area and keep missing it. Now I am going to go next time for sure. Great video! "Protecting us from cannon balls." LOL You both are so real and down to earth. Just love the style you do your videos in. Fun, some history and background combined with just the right amount of sass. A winning combination! It won't be long before you guys have 100,000 subs. Trust me!

Awww thank you so much!!! Our goal with every video is just to get a liiiiiittle bit better every time. If we can do that then we'll be in good shape!! You'll absolutely love this city though. It's got so many different influences due to where it's located. The city center is definitely Italian, but the culture & influence in the immediate area is also Slovenian & Croatian. It's just a melting pot. We can't wait to get back there some day!!!

Right????!! While you’re in Trieste, if you get a chance then you should definitely make your way just north of the city to see the castle that sits on the bay, as well as stopping to visit Prosecco. There’s so much to see & do throughout that area so have an absolute blast!!!❤️

Hi!!! So we actually had these during an Airbnb experience that we booked! It's a local wine maker just outside of the city center from Trieste in Contovello (about 20 minutes by bus but very easy to access). It's called Prosecco Origins Wine Experience on Airbnb Experiences & it's hosted by Michele, who's an INCREDIBLE winemaker. You should definitely check it out!! www.airbnb.com/experiences/378572
