    Property Tax: $100/month
    Parking: None
Average Parking Rental Rate for the Area: $200-300/month
    Property Type: Fee Simple
Estimated Annual Tax Depreciation Deduction: $9,250
Rental Income (as of Dec. 1, 2024): $3,150/month

I love this place. It would be so perfect! It’s -32 Celsius which is -26 Fahrenheit soooo brrrrrrrrr. I may not be living the dream, but at least I can binge watch all your Hawaii content😊

For a condo which doesn't have things like a gym, pool, or community areas that's a pretty hefty HOA fee. Glad I own a home even if it is way out in Royal Kunia. You can have that condo I'll have my home.

Yeah I'm more of a home guy myself too, this one is more for someone who wants to be in the middle of the action. But yeah, HOA is definitely high, seems like all HOAs have been on the rise the last few years because of rising insurance rates and inflation.

Would be great to know the HOA fees for that condo and what a typical parking cost is per month in the area. Thx!

HOA fees for this unit are $1,013/mo. A bit higher after insurance rates spiked after the Lahaina fire, so hoping those come back down in the coming years. A typical parking spot in Waikiki usually goes for around $200-300/month.

Price seems good but no parking is a bummer

Is this condo a leasehold? I've called on a lot of lower priced condos and they're all leasehold. I'd love to live right there along the ocean in Waikiki! 🌺

@@sonyas7422 Believe it or not, it's fee simple. I know the no parking is an issue for some and the HOA fees are on the higher side, but for someone who wants a newly renovated space for under $400k in Waikiki, this one is a no brainer.
