At the 7-minute mark: “Until we get to the point where we have several years of no major-major disasters . . .” only then will there be some relief from rising insurance costs? Well, you have to admire realtors’ optimism in general! But really, what planet are you living on? This is as good as it will get, and it’s only getting warmer. Good luck.

Appreciate your honesty, I do try to remain optimistic (even though I feel like we're in a tough spot currently) as it's hard to know exactly which way things will go from here, so as a matter of practice I try not to predict the future with 100% certainly, but instead give an idea of what I think could happen but you could be right, insurance rates could also continue to rise from here on out and never go down, that's entirely possible as well.
