No way to Sugar Coat the absence of a parking spot! Nice try. No fire sprinklers, I'm sure and yes, HOA fees should have been disclosed. Lastly, fee simple? If so, please tell that cost that will wipe out and rental profits. Too many vital details left out.
Sorry to disappoint you. Can't win em all I guess 🤷♂️.. parking stalls are obviously important no doubt about that, but not everyone wants/needs one and this unit is priced accordingly. No one is forcing you to buy this unit lol. No fire sprinklers in the building which is common for older open-air buildings like this. HOA fees are $862/mo. and the unit is fee simple. I'm not sure I understand your last comment?

Would be great to know the HOA fees for that condo and what a typical parking cost is per month in the area. Thx!
HOA fees for this unit are $862/mo. A bit higher after insurance rates spiked after the Lahaina fire, so hoping those come back down in the coming years. A typical parking spot in Waikiki usually goes for around $200-300/month.

Our last vacation in may on the leeward side we were rained out from the beach about half the time.
Wow yeah that's surprising! Leeward is usually our warmer/dryer side of the island. I do remember this year was a lot cooler than usual though all the way up until around August.
Those amenities though 😍
