I had a gpz550 when I was 17. I would love to get my hands on that 1100. Awesome bike
I had the '82 GPz 550 Unitrak. -I was 18.
Classic bike , still awesome all these years later 💪💪
Thank God you’re saving all these bikes brother! I feel like you’re doing God’s work these machines are amazing🤘🤘
Just starting the resto on my 81 GPZ 1100 , been in storage 32 years excited for sure . That is a classic for sure .A excellent investment .
Wow. Please keep us updated on that. Worthy cause, brother.
This is one gorgeous vintage sportsbike. The blue and gray graphics, make the gorgeous red paintjob pop. I remember these bikes, being a ten year old kid at the time. I loved them back then, and still do. Fast bike!
My was same in 97 I tuned engine and due probs with efi I installed from gsx1100 mikuni carbs tune them to then reach 265 kmh great bike unfuck roolflybearings crank piece of art, ❤
Had the exact same bike. Many memories
Just incredible machine .
I love the 80s style sport bikes...
I was a teenager in 1983 and this was my dream bike along the Suzuki Katana GSX1100.
Omg!!! I miss mine so much sold it in 2001. I had a big bore kit installed a went to carbs. Makes my R1 still feel slow.
I have mine that I purchased leftover in the spring in 1984.😁
I miss mine horribly.
AHA !Thats the bike i bought as soon as i passed my test .Although yours is in much better nick .Thats a nice one .Next up was the cbr1000 f h model ..Your gpz will sell in a heartbeat 😮
I had a Silver, fuel injected one. Loved that bike.
Oh yeah! Added this to my watch list on ebay... 👍👍👍
there we go I had a gpz550 with a kerker megaphone and a stage 3 carb setup in my late 20s the bike was so much fun to ride I had the full racing gear.the color was black and red factory color I got clocked a 135 on the mid cape highway exit 1 sagamore bridge going to work at my parents shop. The cop pulled in behind me and got a $300 ticket back in the late 90s
Nowadays you would have been cuffed, lol. Probably take the bike.
long time ago..i ve seen thata lovely timerider
Iconic, the Ninjas father. I'm not a sticker guy but this baby needs the no b.s. decal like Mavericks 🤭
had an 82 and a 83 w bikini fairing , always my favorites !!
AMAZING BIKE
I own a gpz550 and 750gpz. That was the big dog of the series the 1100 gpZ!!! Awesome Kawasaki!! Lucky man, the bike party continues!!
I miss the sounds of those bikes
Nothing beats the rip of a big Zed !!!
Don't seem to see these beasts for sale very often
The mighty GPZ awesome
J’adore 🎉 ride on ! I took my gpz went for a ride the engine feels good ✈️👍
Kaplan is like the Jay Leno of 2 Wheels. Gets too ride these machines at his liesure. Envious!
And modern rear suspension no twin shocks.
yesss, same as mine, but 900 gpz mirrors and black screen driver.....
Nice!
Does it top out uNader 140 because of a sprocket or 5 speed or what ? I would get that or close to it on my 1982 Yamaha ma in 750 , downhill with the wind at my back but still …seems like a race inspired 1100 cc bike should be cruising at around 130 not near topping out …and yes I no little to nothing about bike mechanicals lol but I am very curious as this bike was the daddy to the ninja which came out right around when I first started riding …so am feeling quite nostalgic seeing this on eBay
Is there you haven't mounted yet you got it covered for sure
That deep grumble is intimidating. We need more inline fours! Is it a cost issue with companies? Can't hit the price point?
❤
Great Bike !,.. 51369 miles or kilometers on odometer?
👍
If you run across a 82 gpz1100 I would be very interested!
Is it still available?!!
Класс
I wanna see the Suzuki 650
I raced a guy on my nighthawk s he was on an 83 gpz 1100 I beat him in the quarter mile he did weigh about 400 pounds though and he was gaining on me at the very end.
Why can't they build 40 years later cars that can get 40mpg and 10 seconds in a 1/4 mile
I do love your channel would love to 1 day see the museum of wind therapy 😀
It's brakes are too old they say. The tires are too skinny they say. It still goes like stink and that's what I say.
Glad that stupid anti dive system has gone
Can you send
Me a list of old school bikes you have for sale . If you need my email let me know .
