This is the watch that made me a watch guy. I deliberated for several months before pulling the trigger, but I've got the same one (blue, steel, on the rubber strap) and haven't regretted it for a second. I can't even conceive of selling it - it's one of my most favorite possessions.
Another great review David, I really do appreciate the shots of this watch and your detailed analysis 👌👏 We do have a similar taste: I really do very much like this watch - and agree that it is the greatest Omega ever made. It’s a shame that you let it go, but you should eventually find another one in a good condition at the right price.
I’ve learned my lesson not to listen to the echo chamber of social media when it comes to getting a watch and letting it go! Thank you for your viewership as always Dean
Got the Steel AT Worldtimer in March after seeing it 3 years ago at the Omega boutique. Loved it then. Love it now. Shame it’s overlooked because of its size. It’s a beautiful brilliant watch. AD got me the small strap along with the bracelet and it fits great.
I own the AT World Timer Ti. I initially was going to get the stainless version, but the Ti won me over due to its weight and ceramic bezel. It is one of Omega’s best watches and a sleeper in its current catalog. It also can be dressed up easier.
Love the green version EXCEPT that green bezel, blue version with steel bezel looks so much cleaner and more expensive. Unfortunately hate blue watches
I can empathize with the blue dial saturation and boredom but I don’t dislike them! Happy for more color choices on this watch and would love to see Omega take the AT worldtimer even farther
Would you take this over a Tudor BB58 GMT and a Seamaster? I've seen these go for $10K and i think one can build a serious collection for that money. I do love the dial and it is a rather unique watch... certainly more uncommon that GMT-Masters.....
I would take this watch over BB58 GMT as it is in another world for its dial detail and quality with a more complicated movement. Quantity is not always a substitute for quality as I argue the fit and finish of the AT worldtimer is far above a standard seamaster but maybe not at a 50% premium brand new. I would definitely get the worldtimer preowned at that price it is a lot of watch for the money

I don’t blame you one bit for feeling so besotted with this watch! Hope it remains in your collection for a long time
I have the summer blue version and love it, both on bracelet and strap. Beautiful watch.
Beautiful watch and great choice!
I have the Omega Worldtimer. Definitely you should have one again in your collection.
I am actively browsing listings at unhealthy hours that much I can say!

Never let this one go! It’s got to be the best from Omega in the modern era
I have the exact same reference, must agree with you: Omega master peace!
I hope it stays with you for a very long time!
@@perpetuality I hope too
Far more interesting than the Skydweller and atleast you can get one! Great video

Love the titanium it’s perfect suited for the size of the watch!

Have you tried on the speedy in moonshine gold? Omg so good.
I have seen it in the exhibition and yes, it is striking! One just needs to lose a few non essential organs for said watch- but worth it

I would love this watch only if I had a 30 inch wide wrist!!!!
That is an exaggeration best saved for hubcaps or pie pans not wristwatches. My wrist is sized at 6.4inches as seen in the video and it’s just fine
@@perpetuality lmao! Still I don’t think I can pull anything over 40mm, I git a 6.2in wrist
