Love this, as a health professional much of what I see is treatment of symptoms. What you need is the treat the root cause, for example instead of looking for skincare for eczema treatment with diet first like you have. Supplements also help to get someone started, sounds like Vitamin A really helped your eczema! A supplement of Vitamin A almost completely got rid of my keratosis pilaris although it made me irritable unfortunately 😂
