Would like to have seen the refrig/freezer and dishwasher in the kitchen. Also a full view of the laundry room and would it hold a large washer and seperate dryer or a stackble unit. You also need Ed to say where the dining rroom would be.
What a magnificent apartment!!! The 7th is one of the most expensive arr's.......when i'm ready to buy, I will look in the 17th: close to the 16th. I think it's a great location and there is still value there. I do not want to be in the 19th or 20th. I love the Marais (4th?) but that's another very expensive area, places are small. I guess i'm a 'right bank' kinda guy..........
It’s a beauty! If you’re a right bank guy and like the Marais, there are some pockets in the 11th bordering the 3/4 which can give a little more value / m2 with a similar (but less touristy) vibe. 17th/16th is a different ambiance, more classic and residential, but a very pleasant area too, although not too close to the Arc de Triomphe.
Like it but you're over looked by neighbours across court yard and there upstairs too And would have to get a large streamer to those outside trees just enough for twig tree and more Eiffel tower
Resplendent apartment - though we want to see transitions from one space to the next _(overall through line of floor plan)_ rather than compartmentalized views that may disorient.
@1:53 and again @7:39 on the video - what is the black stuff spilled on the counter? Or is that just an intensely dark part of the quartz, MUCH darker than any other parts?
The apartment is beautiful however I'm not a fan a mixing modern elements (cabinetry, bath fixtures) with the gorgeous old world Parisian architecture. I know it's common in Paris, but my preference would be to have one seamless style done well throughout rather and a mix. The modern kitchen with green cabinets seems out of place. A gorgeous copper soaking tub in the primary bathroom would be amazing in an apartment like this.
He's just a normal French man... pls stop insulting, sorry Frenchman, that must be 1 American whatever... many of our citizens here aren't taught proper manners anymore... and many are still ignorants about other cultures. True story. However if that wasn't an American... im still sticking to my story 😅. Thanks for your videos btw. ✌️
it seems that developers are beginning to install "American"-style kitchens.....? my experience with Parisian kitchens is that they are miniscule and hidden far away from the living areas.......
This trend has been going for a while, people preferring open living spaces. Interestingly in some smaller apartments people who don’t have an office are sometimes moving back to separate to have some zoom privacy!
I'd like to see more exterior shots and open window views. The building looks extraordinary.
Noted, thanks for the feedback!
That kitchen had me at hello. I'd have to chop down a few branches of those trees to see the Eiffel tower better.
Perfect in Winter when the leaves have fallen!
I think the trees are there on purpose to provide some sound cover
That kitchen is an eye opener. Lovely apartment. The only thing missing from my perspective is a soaking bathtub in one of the bathrooms.
That sounds dreamy!
Stunning, I am absolutely in love with the floors
Unbelievable features!!!
I don't know what to say, except, STUNNING!!!
Right!!!

Thanks for the feedback! There is the kitchen dine in but I would put a table in that main room for entertaining!

Wow this is amazing.
It’s great!
I love this apartment! Any possibility of telling me the designer of the triple bubble wall sconces and the light fixture in the living room!
It’s amazing, right! Also the video doesn’t do the view justice (as ever). I’ll ask the owner re fixtures.

Thank you so much. I found it on a site. I'm trying to get it shipped to the US. Maybe they have another idea.
This is great- new to your channel!
Thank you! Appreciate it!

Thanks for the feedback. We try and follow a logical order (front to back here) but definitely could highlight the floorplan better.

Very loud background music
Tour villas / mansions in Paris....
I didn’t see this apartment on your website.
Could work as my photo studio.
Right!!
How much ??
Can I still get an apartment to Eiffel view for 450,000$usd ?
Yes. We sold one for 350k € 18 months ago.
gosh, who's mixing your sound? tell them it would be nicer to actually hear you not music
That’s me who decides on the levels! Thanks for the feedback.
I like the music

@AlexanderMartinParis Sorry, ok English... similar thing European ways... we're all different but it's all good. Respect. Continue with your work. Gl

Lovely apartment, but three shower rooms and no bathtub. For that kind of money, I would want a proper bathroom, fully kitted with a bathtub.
Agree! I would swap in a bathtub in one as well!

No kidding
This gotta be the biggest 135 square meters ive ever seen lmao, this has to be a mistake
Great spaces right! And the measurements are correct!!
Wonderful apartment, but the guide is a wet rag as a narrator
Fabulous apartment but what awful and inappropriate lighting!
Easy to change the light fixtures!
@@AlexanderMartinParis true - assume it’s sold by now? Did you achieve full asking?
Awful presenting.
Thanks for watching and for your feedback. We’ll try and improve.
Something about this man is really weird.
This is awkward. 😂
