Thank you Alexander. I do enjoy your content very much. You mentioned in the opening that this home is in the 17th, but stated in the title of the video that it is in the 8th.
Chevron is just a translation of point de Hongrie, where the tips form a point. This is opposed to herringbone where it’s more of a zig zag pattern. The pinnacle of course is the parquet de Versailles, which can also have some nuances to the design.
@@AlexanderMartinParis perfect! I will get in touch with you when I'm ready to purchase an apartment in paris. i'm just sorting out my paperworks. But a lift is one of my non-negotiables.
Not here. A/C is still pretty rare in Paris, mainly as buildings don’t want to spoil the aesthetic with ugly exterior units. In reality people only need it a couple of weeks a year and so will sometimes just use a portable unit - or go to the countryside!
Lovely apartment ❤
Luxury apartments... ❤❤❤
the tall cabinet next to the fireplace is an absolute eyesore!
I thought so too! What a monstrosity.
We were missing your videos, great job!
Thanks Brandon!!

Not sure why they always add in ultra modern cheap IKEA looking elements to the classic architecture of the apartment.
