The v6 has been recorded to hit 1 million miles. I've not seen a k series hit it yet. Key word, YET.
I love my 2012 accord but man is is expensive to repair. Like you said about the odyssey
I've had Honda and Toyota and I have to disagree about the oil leaks on Hondas. Both of the Hondas had over 150,000 miles on them when they got valve cover gasket leaks which should be expected at those miles, but that was the only leak. Also disagree about Honda transmissions. If you got a 4 cylinder the transmissions will last forever but they don't last in any Honda with a V6. And although Toyota makes very dependable cars, they have always been leakers and oil burners. I can say that because I drive a Camry with 120,000 miles on it and it has oil seepage from the timing cover, a know area to leak. Toyota transmissions are bullet proof across the board. I think you're just a Toyota fanboy and try to make Honda look bad so Toyota looks better. Truthfully you can't go wrong with either of them.
Can you do a 9th gen 4 cyl?
7th gen Accord is much better looking at Eu/Asian market. I don't see point to build different model to US market but that was Honda's way to do back in the days.

What kinda mileage are these hundreds of oil leak cars at? Ive owned 3 k series and a j series; all but my current 2016 Accord had 200k+ miles and never a drop of oil leaked. No one I know with them had issues... oil consumption absolutely but never leaks.
