Vittorio Toscano is a scholar who has been researching and endlessly wandering within The Fog to learn its secrets. Unfortunately, he got more than he bargained for after employing Tarhos to join him in his exploration.
Vittorio Toscano has three unique perks that focus on assisting him and others with increased Generator efficiency and information while working on Generators. Fogwise is an Information perk that reveals the Killer's aura to you for a few seconds after succeeding a Great Skill Check on a Generator. Potential Energy is a Generator Progression perk that allows you to store up to 20 tokens to convert into charges to use on any Generator of your choice. You may activate Potential Energy after working on a Generator for a few seconds, then gain 1 token for every 1.5% of progress you would make on a Generator. Potential Energy loses all tokens upon losing a Health State. Lastly, Quick Gambit is a Generator Progression/Information perk that reveals the auras of all Generators within 36 meters of you while you are in chase with the Killer and increases the Repair speed of other Survivors working on those Generators.
