@well8250 Most of the map is Public/Private and most of the difficulty comes from civs. Things only get hairy at the end, where you have to mask up to EMP the market and disappear with Bile
Nice to see you trying pd3 man! The trikiest part of the heist is going around the trade booths, but got some general tips: 1st: to know wich elevator you deactivated, you need to follow the color pipe the lever has. 2nd: the pc office has buttons next to the windows to shut them. And 3rd: the correct papers have a "clasified" red text on top. Nice video!
Ooh very interesting tips Magson, thank you! The first one I figured out after completing the heist, but the other two I didn't notice at all. I guess the shutters might be useful if you tie any civilians, but not very useful if you just stay undetected. Glad you liked the PAYDAY 3 video by the way :)
PD3's stealth is quite rigged in both search mode and in normal I hate it. I was doing 99 boxes one day (after the servers "stabilized" around release) and when I was about to escape, I wanted to experiment with the guard that roams around that right side ticket booth since he can path behind the small box near the truck you're supposed to escape from. Well, I waited for him behind the crate (which is a deadend but you can hide around it since it's tall enough) until he pathed in front of the truck. I stayed there, never got spotted or detected even a bit, and he immediately started walking in my direction, into a deadend, which he probably never did previously. Regardless, I crouched around the box hiding from him, and guess what, he went back to the truck, and straight back to me. This kept repeating until I left. Guards are attracted to your position? Stealth is rigged? Well, this is not a very solid test to reach that conclusion, but it might be in search mode, because I see this "phenomenon" quite often like what hapened to you in 32:15 (dropped body in elevator shaft) and 36:00 (both guards went straight to where the body was and since it's inaccessible they remained stuck trying to path to it, without having any information about it or it being in a bad spot) (before you read this just know that I'm not hating on the game, this is just my opinion) So, in conclusion: - The guards are naturally attracted to your live position in normal stealth even though this may be unnoticeable during normal gameplay (since you're constantly moving and this effect is not spontaneous and requires you to stay in position to actually notice) - The guards are naturally attracted to dead bodies (as well as hostages most likely) during search mode, which tries to be punishing to reckless stealth that did not fail the player yet, so you're not getting a legitimately "free" extra pager after you run out, because the game rigs the AI pathing against you. - This might be a bit of a stretch but I really hate the map design of this heist in particular, in the middle area where you had to gain access through the circuit breakers, three times in a row, running back and forth. This has got to be the cheesiest objectives to maximize the chances of getting spotted, not only because of the absolute chaos of the civilians down there, but the multiple corners and slight lack of cover? and the tiny gaps within the tolls especially around the 5 billion screens surrounding you. At some point in the video, you were literally unable to stop moving just to barely avoid detection by civilians from every direction. Personally, that is not good map design. To me, stealth is supposed to require you figuring out the objectives, scouting possible paths to the objective, planning the path, catching the right timing, clearing the area of wandering NPCs and guards, then executing the plan, this is all to minimize the risk of getting detected or surprised. This part of the heist is just horrendous, the fact you have to do this 3 times in a row to enter 3 different codes from 3 different tolls, after already going down there for the USB objective is just tedious. I know I went into quite a rant here but that's just my opinion. I don't like these heists. I used to be a stealthy boi in PD2, used to love learning new heists, trying different ways to stealth around, different loadouts, learned tips for each map, etc, even tried to speedrun multiple times, was a bunch of fun. Loved loud as well, was a death wish enjoyer since I'm not great at DSOD by any means, but it was plenty. In PD3, I became a 99% Loud enjoyer, because that's the only way this game could be fun for me, stealth is just boring and tedious *to me*. Even the matchmaking systems they have are not even good enough, I only have one stealth loadout and a hybrid one (that kinda sucks) so if I play online, and I get matched with people that want to stealth, I just sit back and let them do the work. Eventually, they mess up and the heist goes loud, which makes them all leave and I then go in and keep playing loud from there. A simple Stealth/Loud filter would fix this. I'm not interested in stealth, especially some of the heists I dislike even more (cough under the surphaze cough murky station (ik controversial but I preferred the pd2 version anyways)) Thanks for the content, this one was spectacular! (pls don't hate on me I just like pd2 lmao) Edit: For this heist I don't think you could get "all bags" can we? might just be an unavailable bonus since it's not bag based And also, have you experimented/checked out some of the mods for pd3? imo there are some mods that I consider "essential" which are very nice to have! (ps 1.2million for all that work sounds very low though)
Very interesting long post, V7, thanks for all the info! The fact that search mode is rigged against the player feels a bit cheap from the devs... I thought it was up to RNG how long it took the guards to stumble upon something suspicious, but them having the answer from the beginning makes no sense! I'll still enjoy stealth personally, but I'll need to do a lot more testing to feel convinced about what I can have lying around during search mode. As for the video, glad you liked it :D I'm still enjoying PAYDAY 2 more personally, but I have plans to play both simultaneously for quite a while! And from what I've seen in other comments, the "ALL BAGS" XP is indeed not available for this heist.
pro tip: if you want to insert the USB key you have grabbed from the safe, you don't need to go further, just go to the nearest booth and put the USB key there. oh, and... probably this will be useful for who usually ruining stealth like me but, there's the switch beside the glass to close the curtain that may be useful when you're on pickle (alerting the civ inside the Jordan / SwapMeet building) and then you can just tie the civ safely. still about tying civ if you alerting the civ unintentionally, you can tie civ safely and bring it to Transfer Control since no guards or civ will entering that room (except you forget to close the door)
I noticed on the second run that I could just use any booth for the first objective yup, so that was nice! Knowing that the curtains can be closed for the Jordan offices, that might be the best spot to drop the two civilians in the adjacent room. It would also speed up the document search if you tie all civs in there. Good to know that the Control Room is safe! I'll be using that for my next run too.

I really like that yup, when I failed the first run, all the RNG was rerolled for the second attempt. Hopefully this will also be implemented for the co-op runs, at the very least for Overkill difficulty!
Glad you liked it Nosgard! I was thinking the same thing, especially with a team so you can input the codes immediately without needing to walk back... Should be really cool to see!
Some advice from someone who just did this after 12 failed attempts when you go to all the offices, you can close the blinds and no guard go into those rooms also no guards go into the control room also where you hide those 2 guys behind the desk isn’t safe because a main guard will spot them when he comes in through the single door also when setting the emp and setting it off just run to the zip line and ignore the guard the exit doesn’t change
The rooms are not safe during search mode but when planting emp if it goes loud after emp has gone off the helicopter still picks you up on the exchanges roof and you don’t have to call the crane over so when search mode is triggered after emp is detonated just run to the zip line and leave
That extra time sounds like it will add up to a lot yup. I will be doing some tests as soon as they implement RNG re-rolling for co-op runs, because until then the restarts are just a mess because everyone already knows the RNG of the run!
I haven't watched the full vid yet, but I want to offer a small correction, there is unmasked stealth but it requires a pre-planning asset. The story is that you get snuck in with some kinda tour group. Starting inside the exchange makes the heist laughably easy as it can be done in roughly 10 minutes if you go for the max 10 million exchange value.
Ooh I see, that's a nice asset and very fitting explanation. It would be nice if it was offered as part of a preplanning system, but I guess for now we're using this favor drop system...
@@Marcmb Yea, I don't understand this new favor drop system, there are of course other more questionable ways to get these assets, but I won't get into detail about it.
You are able to aggressive stealth on hard mode on this heist, there only four guards on the ground floor, so if you kill all the guards your able to do the heist and then your able to tie all the civs up in the lobby area allowing you move around freely in the heist

thanks for making this vid, on my first and only stealth playthrough Diana was silent the whole time which made me feel very lost confused and bored so i might actually give the heist a go again after this vid. 19:00 Also the new first aid kits can be really good as waypoints for lures or security rooms since they stay perma highlighted when you place them down. They're also good if you just take a big fall that takes half your health and you don't wanna die the next time you take said fall, there's really no reason not to take them
I see! I definitely needed some health after taking the big fall during this playthrough. I checked in some cabinets, but they were all empty... I could bring them as my deployable, but I like the ammo bag to refill my throwing knives! Glad you liked this video Honda, I appreciate it :D
still. niely done! you got any opion on boys in blue and Syntax error by the way? And me, i tend to hide the bodies in the cointrol room, as guards dont enter normally, or the elevator you come in
Not even in search mode Jessie? Because for the elevator that I used as the entry, two guards made their way over there during search, so they might also check inside the control room... As for Boys in Blue and Syntax Error, I didn't make any video when they released, but I might make stealth guide videos for those, when I have more experience :D
I got extremely lucky with the random elevator entry on my 1st run, which dropped me right in front of the area where that guard is patrolling. So from that point on, I always knew where to get the blue keycard :D
got a question for you Marcmb! do you think this mission was rushed? i found many glitches while playing it both loud and stealth. also im loving the extra attention you're giving to PAYDAY 3 now!
Hey Octo! Glad you're enjoying the PAYDAY 3 coverage :D I feel like many PAYDAY 2 players are waiting to hear news from the sequel to decide whether to check it out or not, so I'll try to keep everyone updated on future updates! As for this heist, from what I heard, this DLC was promised as part of the Year 1 Gold Edition, so they were forced to finish it in time to avoid possible issues. Therefore it was definitely rushed due to time constraints, and I did find some bugs while playing, but nothing too major...
Hey Emirtalha! I know the lore of the early heists, but there's definitely not as much depth as the massive PAYDAY 2 storyline just yet. What are you referring to exactly?
Of course Pinki! That's what this is after all: my first completion, after not having played for months! From my recent upload everyone knows that I haven't played PAYDAY 3 in nearly a full year, and I'm still farming for more Infamy before considering PAYDAY 2 finished, so the only reason I made this video was to make the people happy!! And of course to show people what they are missing out on, in case they want to play :D By the way Pinki since you play this a lot, how do I get the ALL BAGS bonus on this heist??
Poorly designed heist, can't climb anywhere, also why did they put objectives in this weird order, why would anyone crawl with a bag until the elevators are turned off, it should be the other way, firstly turn off the elevator and after that grab a bag and set it up. In my opinion, they've gone a little bit too extreme with the amount of cameras in starting location.. And in some parts stealth seems tedious..
I say finally we stealth guys got a difficult heist... Civs are a real threat here and you have to keep in mind their position all the time. The only difficult heist in payday3 was 99 boxes but just because you have too rush to get max value, and that's just not fun, while going around the boots to find codes gives you the chills because you are masked surrounded by civs.
"cant climb anywhere" what does this even mean? Where are you climbing in a payday game? This heist is really fun except when your team is good at stealth so you just stand afk waiting for max stock value
The first sentence is true yeah, the roof has a lot of different high spots, but most of them can't even be climbed, so it's a bit disappointing in that sense. However, as for the two first objectives, they can be done simultaneously in any order, so do not worry about that :D
Haha that's good, I hope you had a good rest MateGetsNoSleep! I aspire to someday be a content creator with relaxing videos that people can fall asleep to if needed. The best type of content out there :D

(before you read this just know that I'm not hating on the game, this is just my opinion)
So, in conclusion:
- The guards are naturally attracted to your live position in normal stealth even though this may be unnoticeable during normal gameplay (since you're constantly moving and this effect is not spontaneous and requires you to stay in position to actually notice)
- The guards are naturally attracted to dead bodies (as well as hostages most likely) during search mode, which tries to be punishing to reckless stealth that did not fail the player yet, so you're not getting a legitimately "free" extra pager after you run out, because the game rigs the AI pathing against you.

@@Marcmb Oh? I haven't that expererence so far, thus i assumed those were safe
Whats next? Nft's?
Sounds very likely, considering the types of modern heists that we are getting :D
Imagine a heist like Big oil where you have to try a thousand different codes to get into someone's crypto wallet
I never found that blue key card
I got extremely lucky with the random elevator entry on my 1st run, which dropped me right in front of the area where that guard is patrolling. So from that point on, I always knew where to get the blue keycard :D
NOOOOOOOOOOO MY NYFE STOCKS WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! 😭
Tanked all the stocks except my own, sorry Martin!!
got a question for you Marcmb! do you think this mission was rushed? i found many glitches while playing it both loud and stealth. also im loving the extra attention you're giving to PAYDAY 3 now!
the whole game is rushed
Therefore it was definitely rushed due to time constraints, and I did find some bugs while playing, but nothing too major...
uhh you drained 10m in stocks and only got payed 1.2m WTF
Yup :( I guess the contractors and everything are getting a massive cut...
is it new heist?
Yeah
New heist yes, released a couple of weeks ago!
I thing you dont know the PAYDAY 3 lore :/
Hey Emirtalha! I know the lore of the early heists, but there's definitely not as much depth as the massive PAYDAY 2 storyline just yet. What are you referring to exactly?
penguin 🐧
🐧🐧 Penguino 🐧🐧
payday 3 😆
Haha :D It has a long way to go, but hopefully it gets better in the near-ish future!!
@@Marcmb No it wont, you cant fix design flaws.
holaaa
alooooo mistah domis !
this hurts xd
the gameplay looks like you are a new player that never touched payday3 before XD
And of course to show people what they are missing out on, in case they want to play :D
By the way Pinki since you play this a lot, how do I get the ALL BAGS bonus on this heist??
Poorly designed heist, can't climb anywhere, also why did they put objectives in this weird order, why would anyone crawl with a bag until the elevators are turned off, it should be the other way, firstly turn off the elevator and after that grab a bag and set it up. In my opinion, they've gone a little bit too extreme with the amount of cameras in starting location.. And in some parts stealth seems tedious..
@@Avdeev77 You can turn off the elevators and then get the bag. It doesn't matter which order you do it.
However, as for the two first objectives, they can be done simultaneously in any order, so do not worry about that :D
omg 6th
alooo mistah Skid i reply 6 days later what is this!!
soooo lazy as always
If the video is payday 3 it's not for me
No worries mistah Theo! PAYDAY 2 still on top for now, that's where most of us are :D
marcmb now oficially washed
Absolutely! But this week it's back to PAYDAY 2, so I'm gonna be fine :p
the game looks bad
It's not too bad! But if you prefer PAYDAY 2 that's great, since that's what I play most of the time :D
36:50, there are no bags
So it's impossible to obtain the XP bonus for All bags? I guess that would explain why the completion reward is so high by itself...
6:20 at least you set up the zipline!
:D I wonder if they added that on purpose to prevent trolls from throwing the zipline down the elevator or something!
@@Marcmb I assume so, its still funny seeing it
@Marcmb There are no bags you get money from crashing the stock market
I see... so in this case, the bonus IP from "ALL BAGS" is impossible to obtain on this heist, I assume?
Yes it is bc all money is in the stock market as I said
There's no fall damage in this game!
6:17
_Dallas is down!_
@@Marcmb AAAAAHHHHHH I NEED A MEDIC BAG
36:08 No, they are in fact NOT ok at all.
They are dead now :p I had no idea what even happened to them!
I just literally passed out at 15:44 from being too tired. Apparently I was either much more tired than I thought or the video was soothing I guess?
Haha that's good, I hope you had a good rest MateGetsNoSleep! I aspire to someday be a content creator with relaxing videos that people can fall asleep to if needed. The best type of content out there :D
