I've never seen anyone give their very soul to music like Janis. She really gave it everything she had; and then I think she had no more to give in the end. She seems like she's burning the candle of her life on stage for us all to see. Total devotion to the art of a performance.

Unfortunately she got on heroin, and after a yr of being clean. She done her same dosage that was stronger than before and it killed her. I watched the Autopsy report, it kills me because she was and still is the best voice of any woman singing today.

This is Janis`s the best live performance. Given her mental state and the fact that she had problems with creating new band and finding her own new sound after leaving theBig Brothers...uff...she was then at her peak! She was fighting then!
