Madam, I am 53 yrs old male under medical treatment for L5 SACRALISATION. Please suggest asanas for stiffness of joints and depression. Thanking you for your kindness.
It would be good If you could access a teacher in person to help you with your condition. If you are unable to access a good teacher you could try practicing some standing poses with care. I have a video on using the chair for standing poses here on TH-cam that may be helpful. Opening the armpit chest happens when we raise the arms above the head and lift the arms out to the sides of our body as we do in standing poses. It also happens in down ward facing dog pose.
