You can check Steam Workshop. They have a lot of the maps. But in general on the multiplayer there should be CBA games being played where you can join and it'll download it automatically.

Aw come on! Britons are insane in a game without goths after reaching castle age and geting vils. Crossbowmen storm is writen all over them. At Imperial Age good luck agaist 11 range arbalests.

How can I play CBA if I have AOE-HD on steam?
Should be games being hosted. Usually they're CBA hero 29 games. But occasionally you get the normal CBA
Just go to multiplayer and there should be a lobby or check some groups for it
