  • Are you drinking supplements?
    If supplements can be powerful, it also means they can harm you. Just because something is natural doesn’t make it harmless. This means we cannot just consume anything. We need to educate ourselves so that we can make informed decisions for our health.
    The United States has a deep history of drug, food, and supplement adulteration and this is not just a hypothesis but something that has been proven and with enough evidence of ongoing deceit. Did you know that some brands synthesize or adulterate their products and falsify studies citing benefits? These companies will sell you products claiming to come from trusted brands, and with great benefits. That's why you cannot simply purchase the least expensive vitamin and trust that it is harmless.
