      dude,get your advice from your own psychaiatrist and clinical psychologist,not some rogue shrink on youtube 99 % of the medical world strongly disagree with.By the way his advice on vitamins is largely correct,you just dont need to buy it from his company.Neuroscience only has a superficial understanding of the brain and mental illness even less so and certainly no brain scans can inform treatment at all on an individual level outside research.

    That's good. What also work for me is 2 Garlic & Parsley oil capsules during the beginning of a breakfast, with a multivitamin during the end of that same breakfast. The mixing of those two is then restricted. Garlic kills off bacteria, viruses and lower blood pressure by lowering acid that has built up. The multivitamin then dissolves in a more suitable environment.

    Decades ago when I was in my early 20’s I had a parakeet that was listless and puffed up, not eating. I thought she was going to die. A relative told me to give her vitamins and loaned me her bird vitamins. The bird started eating again and was chirping and singing the next day. I was so impressed that I thought that I, too, could benefit from a daily vitamin supplement and started taking them. Have been told since I was 50 years old that I look 10-15 years younger than my real age. I blame it on the vitamins. They say that supplementing from mid-20’s on helps to preserve telemeres, which help to preserve the length of our chromosomes. I also started taking B-stress vitamins and Siberian ginseng during several serious long-term stresses happening simultaneously which results in rashes such as ezcema, infections and other such things. (Parents failing health, siblings going mental, job stress and dealing with a narcissistic ex-husband) Healed rapidly and energized me. Started the fish oils supplements later in life, vitamin D, and CoQ-10.

    • @oklahomaisok
      @oklahomaisok 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I might add that I am the only sibling to not have long-term mental issues. They call me “Lucky” but I have been pro-active and studied up on what I could do to keep healthy. I certainly had more than my share of serious stresses (simultaneously) during my lifetime.

    The daily recommended intake of potassium is 3400mg. Now try to find a vitamin that contains that much potassium. Most potassium supplements contain only 99mg. Getting that potassium from food is also difficult. I assume the majority of people around the world are deficient in potassium.

    • @samirnarvekar8488
      @samirnarvekar8488 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      As per American guidelines it is 4700 mg. Potassium Chloride tablet can not exceed 99 mg because it can damage stomach lining ( It is just like common salt). But if you dissolve it in water and drink it you can increase dose but always take after meals. I take about 200 mg twice for last one year. Good results.
      Another alternative is to take Potassium Citrate. It can be taken in high doses.

    I have a question that is so valuable to me that I can't seem to get an answer to.
    I've been on ssri medication for over 20 years. Paxil and the last 18 years Lexapro.
    On two occasions trying to come off them. I ended up in facilitates due to an array of harsh symptoms that i got remedicated on higher dosage. With an added one of gabapentin.
    A couple doctors told me that likely the lexapro is not so much helping anymore. But, I can't come off it due to length on it. That doctors weren't trained well and that the medical community failed me. My question is this. Since I'm daily dependent on this lexapro. If there were to be an issue in our country that hindered me from getting this medication. How can I supplement or what can I do to help those harsh symptoms to come back? I had lost 30 pounds. Felt not human, so abnormal, shock pains down my neck and back. Etc.
    God willing he would help me. Naturally or super Naturally.

      Not all fish is full of heavy metals. You just have to either use a supplement that sources uncontaminated fish or eat uncontaminated fish yourself. Small oily fish like sardines are really good for this because they can’t accumulate metals the way large predator fish do and are much more mineral rich than the big three (salmon, tuna, tilapia)

    Do your research independently before you start believing stuff like this. If you eat a balanced diet and don't have malabsorption, you don't need most supplements. I will agree that most of the US is Vit d deficient so I agree with supplementing. Omega 3- again , do your own research on reputable sites.

      Are you aware that they did a study where they collected produce from various regions of the country and had that produce tested for its nutritional components? Produce that was grown in the north east had the lowest nutritional value, including magnesium, when compared to produce grown in other parts of the country. Our food supply has been messed with and that is why we are deficient in many vitamins and minerals.

    We are NOT coming out of a pandemic. We're still right in the middle of one. People just stopped caring; we now have a different societal perspective of death and longevity.

    Fish and seafood makes me throw up. Most disgusting smelling stuff on the planet. Had a doctor give me a fish oil capsule with no after taste or smell. I'd take it in the morning with food and then the next morning upon waking up be nauseous and immediately throw up. So I will never take fish oil capsules or consume any type of fish ever again. Was forced to as a child and nastiest stuff in existence.

    Most multi-vitamins how very low quality vitamins and don't absorb good regardless and they are in such low quantity, it won't do anything even if you were deficient in it.

      Yes. Most multi vitamin supplements are junk. Not actual vitamins, just chemical lab produced lookalikes, which don't work. Go for a quality organic green mix.
