The highway code states motorcycles are allowed to filter through traffic, but cars must give at least 1.5m of overtaking space to cyclists, motorcyclists and horse riders. This driver was given an intended prosecution notice for his dangerous undertaking. Now if it's safe as you said, why would this guy be prosecuted? Delusional.

@@Dreadthfull The highway ode tells two wheelers that we can filter. And it's definitely safe t o do so. It's not unsafe because drivers are driving below. standards. So tell that to the drivers. Also which country and states you are from? Let's look at the law for that regarding the phone.

My goal on the road is always getting the highest mpg i can get. A tesla uses around 10p per mile and i was doing 4p per mile. I am very happy with that.

@@stevecole9674 A 125cc bike riding mostly at 30- 40mph really do result in great MPG. It's currently at 1.349, £0.043 to a mile exactly. That makes it 31.37m/L which is 142.61mpg. Nowhere I would be doing 175mpg. I think you need a new calculator. As I said, You are incapable of understand basic concepts. Maybe work on those before commenting.
@@roadbiker8333 I'd imagine any action taken against him was for speeding as you both pulled away at the same time. The beauty of filtering like that on a bike is that you can normally pull away quicker than cars and safely get in front. With a goal of trying to save fuel it would have been much more sensible to stop in the ample gap between the lorry and the Tesla. That's probably what I would have done and my bike is much more powerful than yours, it's just common sense and thoughtful riding. You are very quick to insult people, sometimes just because their opinion is different yours but, to be honest, you really don't come across as the clever person you seem to think you are so it just makes your replies comical
