Not odd to catch Walleye, since they like the more slender baits. Fishing for Zander (European cousin) is often done with vertical techniques and a peddle or v-tail depending on water temp.
Anybody else cringing the way he held these jerkbait fish?? 1 flop either way and he would have a jerkbait in his hand with fish attached. The guy must be good at ripping treble hooks out of his own skin lol!
Bennybass clearly from the comments below I’m not the only one thinking it. Grab the walleye by the gill and lip the bass. Both good solid grips, none of this under the belly crap. Netting them is also a good option.

I use 110 and 130 blanks. I dile mine in better than mega bass. I got all the mega bass guys useing mine now. Pluss I only charge 8 bucks.
